  • 1 red onion
  • 5 pickles
  • dill
  • parsley
  • 30 ml mustard
  • 10 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • salt
  • pepper

Serve with:

  • lemon
  • mayonese
