Make the mussels:

  1. Wash the mussels and discard the dead ones:
  2. Fry (~ 5 min):
    • 1 onion
    • 1 celery stock
    • 1 chili
    • 4 garlic gloves
  3. Add and steam the mussels (~ 10 min):
    • 1 kg mussels
    • 200 ml beer
    • lemon
    • salt

Make the french fries:

  1. Cut:
    • 7 potatoes
  2. Deep fry twice:
    • ~ 10 min / ~ 125 C
    • ~ 5 min / ~ 175 C
  3. Dry and add:
    • salt

Serve with aioli:

  • 100 ml mayonese
  • 1 garlic glove
  • lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
