Make the sandwich 1:

  1. Chop:
    • 1/2 red onion
    • 2 boiled eggs
    • dill
    • 100 g pickled herring
  2. Serve with:
    • rye bread
    • butter

Make the sandwich 2:

  1. Mix the skagen:
    • 200 g shrimp
    • 1/2 red onion
    • 100 ml whipped sour cream
    • 50 ml mayonese
    • lemon
    • dill
    • parsley
    • salt
    • pepper
  2. Serve with:
    • toast
    • butter
    • 30 g salmon roe
    • lemon

Make the sandwich 3:

  1. Cure the salmon in the fridge (~12-24 hrs):
    • 500 g salmon
    • dill
    • salt
    • pepper
    • sugar
  2. Mix the sauce:
    • 100 ml sour cream
    • 50 ml cream cheese
    • 1/2 deseeded cucumber
    • horseradish
    • salt
    • pepper
  3. Serve with:
    • toast
    • butter
    • lemon

  1. The meat:
    • 300 g roasted beef
  2. Make the remoulade sauce:
    • mayonese
    • red onion
    • pickled cabbage
    • pickled cucumber
    • salt
    • pepper
    • sugar
    • garlic powder
    • curry
  3. Serve with:
    • rye bread
    • butter
    • pickles
