Hungarian food langos

Hungary – Lángos (vegetarian)

2 persons – 3,10 € per person

Make the langos:

  1. Boil and mash
    • 3 potatoes
    • salt
  2. Combine:
    • the potato
    • 5 g yeast
    • 300 ml flour
    • 50 ml water
    • salt
  3. Let the dough rise and shape to “pizza” (> 30 min)
  4. Deep fry:
    • ~ 6 min / ~ 130 C

Serve with:

  • garlic oil
  • sour cream
  • grated cheese
