Israeli salad:

  • 2 deseeded tomatoes
  • 1 deseeded cucumber
  • parsley
  • olive oil
  • salt

Make fried eggplant:

  1. Cut and make the eggplants “cry”:
    • 2 eggplants
    • salt
  2. Dry and fry (~ 6 min)
