Japanese food teriyaki

Japan – Teriyaki

Make the sushi rice:

  • 300 ml cooked sushi rice
  • 30 ml rice vinegar
  • 30 ml sugar
  • salt

Make the teriyaki chicken:

  1. Fry (~ 6 min):
    • 400 g chicken
  2. Add the teriyaki sauce:
    • 50 ml soy sauce
    • 30 ml syrup
    • 10 ml rice vinegar

Make the sriracha mayo:

  • 100 ml mayonese
  • 30 ml sriracha

Serve with:

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • pickled ginger
  • sesame seeds
