Micronesia – Chicken Kelaguen

Make the chicken kelaguen:

1. Marinade the chicken ( > 1h):
   • 1 kg chicken
   • 1 chili
   • 1 lime
   • 70 g
   • spring onion
   • soy sauce
   • fish sauce
   • red wine vinegar
2. Fry the chicken (10 min):
   • oil
   • salt
3. Mix the chicken with:
   • 1 (shredded) coconut
   • 250 g tomatoes
   • 70 g spring onion
   • 3 limes
   • 1 bunch cilantro

Serve with:

• tortilla
