Make the chickpea stew:

  1. Fry:

    • 220 g chickpeas
  2. Add and simmer (>15 min):
    • 2 tomatoes

    • turmeric
    • garam masala
    • cumin
    • coriander

Cook the rice:

  • 2 dl rice
  • 4 dl water
  • salt

Make the potatosalad:

  • 400 g boiled potatoes
  • 200 g peas
  • cilantro
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 150 ml yoghurt
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
