Peru – Ceviche

4 persons – 5,50 € per person

Make the ceviche:

  1. Cook the fish with citrus juice (> 30 min):
    • 400 g salmon
    • 3 1/2 limes
    • salt
    • sugar
    • pepper
    • cumin
    • cinnamon
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients:
    • 1 mango
    • 250 g tomatoes
    • 1/2 cucumber
    • 1 red onion
    • 1 chili
    • cilantro

Toast the quesadillas (~ 8 min):

  • 8 corn & wheat tortillas
  • 200 g cheese
