Make the borscht soup:

  1. Fry the pork:

    • 1 red onion
    • salt
  2. Add and simmer (~ 90 min):
    • tomato paste
    • vegetable stock
    • water
  3. Add and simmer (~ 30 min):
    • 3 potatoes
    • 1/2 cabbage
    • 3 (grated) carrots
    • 4 (grated) beetroots
    • 2 garlic gloves
    • dill

Serve with:

  • sour cream
  • rye bread
